BID CONDITIONS

• This bidding is open to all external bidders.
• The vehicle may be inspected duringNovember 2024 (by appointment: Tel: Khun Lee 0630 467 888 or levankhanh.bt2@gmail.com) at theEmbassy's parking lot, 83 Wireless Rd, Lumpini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330.
• The Embassy reserves the right to reject any or all the bids submitted without assigning any reason. The sealed envelope should be marked "Bid on Embassy of the Republic of Viet Nam's Vehicle" and dropped at the Embassy's mail box at 83 Wireless Rd, Lumpini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, not later than 14h00 on November 22^nd, 2024.
• The sealed envelope should contain the bid form and a copy of the bidding persons ID card.
• Bids will be open during a closed session on 25^thNovember 2024, at 14h00 at the Embassy. The Embassy will inform the bidders whether his/her bid is accepted or not on the same day by E-mail/telephone. The successful bidder is required to pay the amount of the offer in cash or with a cashier cheque within seven (7) days and arrange for removal of the asset on own account without causing any damage to surrounding property.
• The successful bidder shall reimburse the Embassy for any damage sustained as result of own removal. If the bidder fails to pay and retrieve the car within the indicated seven (7) days: the car will be sold to the next bidder in line.
• Please note that after the sale is completed, the Embassy needs to keep the diplomatic license plates while waiting for the approval on the transfer of the ownership from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This procedure takes around 3-4 weeks: Therefore, driving without a license plate is not recommended.
